Compassionate Support for ADHD Brains

Living with ADHD is hard. Finding support that actually helps shouldn’t be. At OptiMind Educational Strategies, our ADHD coaching gives you practical tools, science-backed structure, and personalized encouragement to turn overwhelm into momentum. Whether you’re struggling with routines, focus, or follow-through, discover how ADHD coaching can help you create clarity and confidence.

ADHD coaching is a type of life coaching that offers real-world support for individuals with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, focusing on skills such as focus, follow-through, and organization. Your coach will help you plan, prioritize, and take action using tools that make sense for your brain and your life.

We focus on real-world strategies for time management, organization, motivation, and emotional regulation. Because ADHD manifests differently for everyone, our approach remains flexible, judgment-free, and tailored to what works for you.

Founder & Certified ADHD Coach

Hi, I’m Sarah Ritter

I’m passionate about helping people with ADHD discover how their brains work and learn strategies that actually make life easier. With nearly a decade of experience in education and behavior support, I’ve worked with students, adults, and families to build skills in focus, organization, time management, and emotional regulation. My approach combines science-based tools with practical, real-life strategies that meet you where you are.

As the founder of OptiMind Educational Strategies, my mission is simple: to empower you to move from overwhelm to confidence. Whether you’re navigating the demands of work, school, or daily routines, ADHD coaching gives you personalized support to create systems that stick and strategies that truly fit your life.

Why Choose OptiMind Educational Strategies?

Smarter Strategies, Backed by Science

At OptiMind Educational Strategies, we combine cognitive science with compassionate coaching to help you better understand how your brain works (and how to work with it, not against it). Our coaching is always personalized, practical, and grounded in your strengths.

No matter if you’re looking for an adult ADHD coach, an ADHD life coach for your teen, or you need ADHD parent coaching to learn more about supporting your young child with ADHD, we’re here to meet you where you are.

We won’t just hand you strategies. We’ll teach you why they work, and how to adapt them to your life. Our goal is to help you build confidence, reduce shame, and feel more capable in how you navigate your day-to-day.

  • No! All you need is a desire for support that works for you.

  • Neither. Coaching is about strategy, structure, and building momentum.

  • Absolutely! In fact, coaching works best alongside other forms of support.

  • It varies. Some clients benefit in just a few months, others choose to continue longer for ongoing growth.

  • Online ADHD coaching sessions are typically held once or twice a week, with each session lasting 50 minutes.

  • Our services are exclusively virtual ADHD coaching sessions, conducted via Zoom.

  • Clients can schedule their initial consultation call at no cost, anytime. For paid sessions, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling.

If the session is rescheduled within that timeframe, there is no additional charge. However, missed or late reschedule requests (under 24 hours) will be charged in full.

  • ADHD coaching is not typically covered by insurance at this time. Clients generally pay directly for coaching services.
